Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Surgery A3 Team. You’ll complete assessments, administer treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians to tailor care plans in a Magnet-designated 183-bed facility.

The role requires RN licensure in MA, with BSN encouraged. Expect three 12-hour day shifts with weekend/holiday rotation and a pay range of $36.00–$90.14 per hour, with location-based pay variations and potential differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• BSN strongly encouraged

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
