Job summary

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a new registered nurse opening on our Post Surgery A3 Team. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 183-bed hospital.

Three 12 hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation. Current MA RN license required; BSN strongly encouraged. Pay range shown reflects base hourly wage with potential adjustments based on experience and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• BSN degree strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
