Job summary

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Surgery A3 Team to deliver exceptional, personalized care in a Magnet-designated hospital. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor outcomes.

Two 12-hour shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation empower collaboration with physicians and the care team, while you educate patients and families to maximize recovery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments
• Administer medications/treatments
• Observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
