Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks an ASIC Engineer to define, model, design and validate IP/SoC for high-performance, low-power products. You will work with cross-functional teams to determine the execution path and ensure robust validation across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes post-silicon validation, emulation, and debugging with JTAG and Lauterbach Trace32, plus Python scripting to automate validation and data analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
• PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Silicon bring-up, measure Vmin/Fmax, Power, thermal data, correlate and analyze across PVTs and SoC IPs.
• Debug low-level software and hardware issues using JTAG and kernel debuggers.
• Manage emulation builds, run tests, identify failures and performance issues; collaborate with CAD, RTL, and Design teams.
• Automate validation flows and data collection using Python or similar scripting languages.
