Job summary

Cape May Tech is seeking a Coordinator of Post Secondary Programs and Apprenticeship to provide organized and responsive support for post-secondary, apprenticeship, and adult education initiatives. You will guide students from inquiry through enrollment and program completion, coordinating with instructors, staff, employers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work professionally with students, instructors, staff, employers, and outside agencies.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with adult students in a school setting.
• Ability to produce publication-ready, print material and/or multimedia presentations.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license.
• Meets the health qualifications required of all personnel.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal-resident alien status.
• Proof of current or pending residence in New Jersey.
