IntelliPro in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer to support strategic enterprise customers after the sales process is completed. You will own the customer experience from product delivery and onboarding through deployment, technical support, and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, automation, or a related technical field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in solutions engineering, field applications, technical support, systems integration, robotics, industrial automation, or another customer-facing technical role.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact for enterprise customers in North America, managing onboarding, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and initial deployment.
• Facilitate integration of robotic arms, teleoperation systems, and embodied AI platforms into customers' workflows.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, networking, integration, and system performance; coordinate with engineering teams to resolve.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable items for internal teams and provide feedback to product/engineering.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, documentation, and deployment guidance; support upgrades and proofs-of-concept.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts, tracking issues from report to resolution.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for deployment, training, or support.
