Zingtree, a leader in AI-driven process automation for support teams, seeks a Senior SaaS Solutions Architect to own end-to-end deployment of tailored conversational workflows. You will design, configure, and implement integrations with CRMs and third-party platforms, working closely with client IT and business stakeholders.

This hands-on role requires 7+ years in enterprise SaaS, deep AI workflow design experience, and strong customer-facing communication.

Formación

• 7+ years in solutions architecture or similar roles in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI, APIs, and integrations.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to translate requirements to technical teams.
• Experience guiding end-to-end deployment projects in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, demo, and build tailored AI-driven workflows aligned with client objectives.
• Configure and integrate Zingtree with CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Lead client onboarding sessions and define project goals and timelines.
• Act as technical liaison between client and internal teams throughout the project.
• Guide UAT, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
