Mollie is seeking a detail‑oriented implementation professional to own the post‑sales integration phase for our largest, most complex deals. You will coordinate with internal teams and merchants to ensure a smooth go‑live and handover, backed by strong API/integration know‑how and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, onboarding, or delivery.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or e‑commerce is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex implementations from contract to go‑live and handover.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sales integration phase for Mollie's largest and most complex deals, from handover through testing to go live.
• Coordinate with sales, product and engineering teams, and merchants to resolve issues and keep timelines.
• Organise testing and track progress, raising issues and feedback as they surface.
• Maintain clear documentation and playbooks to ensure predictable, scalable delivery.
