Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical post‑sales role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration concepts.
• Comfortable with SQL and navigating complex data relationships.
• Track record of owning customer relationships through implementation and onboarding.
• Fluent in technical conversations with engineering teams.
• You love being the trusted advisor—customers call you when they’re stuck.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation kickoffs and technical discovery to understand pricing models, data architecture, and integration requirements.
• Design and recommend approaches that map complex business logic to Orb’s capabilities.
• Guide customers through API design decisions, event ingestion patterns, webhook configuration, and invoice customization.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and unblock customers when they get stuck.
• Serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long‑term customer health.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering, finance, and product teams.
• Identify patterns where multiple customers hit the same friction points and advocate for product improvements.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and reference architectures.
