Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting in Houston is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support customers through the post-sale process. You will handle order processing, customer requests, and project coordination while collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution from order to completion.

We seek candidates with professional office experience supporting customer orders and projects for a product-based business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in sales support, order processing, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, pricing, and shipping status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to move orders/projects forward.
• Obtain PO numbers and payment information as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records.
• Track open orders and provide follow-up through completion.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies and updates.
