Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Post Sale Specialist to oversee post-foreclosure sale activities, including deed recordings, third-party fund applications, evictions, and FHA Second Chance processing. Ensure compliance and timely completion.

You will collaborate with foreclosure attorneys, auction vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues, monitor timelines, and maintain documentation. A minimum of 3+ years in Foreclosure/Post Sale and GSE/GNMA servicing is required;

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of post-foreclosure sale activities for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Monitor deed recording activity to ensure deeds are recorded within timelines.
• Identify, research, and resolve issues related to deed vesting, recording, and post-sale title requirements.
• Monitor third-party fund applications and ensure follow-up and completion.
• Handle end-to-end eviction monitoring and oversight.
• Coordinate with auction vendors on the FHA Second Chance process.
• Manage workflow reports to prioritize accounts and ensure post-sale timelines.
• Monitor and manage exception reporting to identify aging or at-risk accounts.
• Collaborate with foreclosure attorneys, auction vendors, and internal partners to resolve issues.
