• Ten+ years experience as a rebar detailer or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sale detailing and project management across the division from order to cash.
• Oversee detailing work allocation, scheduling, and vendor coordination to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Manage contracts and changes to protect company interests and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies focused on safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Provide coaching and supervise the detailing team; set performance objectives and monitor progress.
• Produce monthly forecasting and reporting to track post-sale targets and budgets.
