Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in business development, agency leadership, account management, production, marketing, creative services, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing significant client relationships and revenue-generating partnerships.
• Experience developing budgets, proposals, scopes of work, and strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, creative development, campaign strategy, and content marketing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and new business opportunities through strategic networking and relationships.
• Serve as primary relationship lead for accounts and projects from origination to close.
• Develop budgets, proposals, scopes of work, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create client-focused solutions and campaigns.
