Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management and/or IT management within a production or creative services environment.
• Fluency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Airtable.
• Strong network administration and IT troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Experience implementing IT security protocols, including access control and safeguarding of assets.
• Ability to translate leadership direction into operational systems and processes.
• Experience managing direct reports or readiness to grow into people-management.
• Based in Portland, OR, with hybrid in-office work eligibility.
• Experience supporting or administering post-production pipelines is preferred.
• Familiarity with remote/hybrid team operations.

Responsibilities

• Process Management: Design, document, and maintain operational processes across the studio.
• IT Strategy: Set direction for infrastructure, tools, and systems aligned with priorities.
• Identify and Evaluate New Technologies: Research, pilot, and recommend tools to improve workflows.
• Translate directives into tactical implementation plans.
• Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA): oversee standards and accountability.
• Develop and Maintain Technical Infrastructure: ensure reliability, security, and performance.
• Oversee IT Security and Protocol: establish security protocols; manage access/permissions.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: primary point of resolution for hardware/software/network issues.
