Job summary

IW Group in Los Angeles is seeking a detail‑oriented Post Production Coordinator to support our production team across multiple clients. You will assist with editorial and finishing, versioning, translation, and final delivery, ensuring assets reach destinations on time and to spec.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience supporting post‑production workflows, including scheduling and delivering assets.
• Familiarity with voiceover coordination and talent logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist Post Production Producer with schedules, updates, and documentation across client projects.
• Coordinate voiceover sessions including talent, studios, and language coaches.
• Support SAG-AFTRA talent administration and related paperwork where needed.
• Maintain talent records and track usage terms, expirations, and costs.
• Help with budgeting, PO processing, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with editors and vendors to track assets, revisions, and milestones.
• Organize review links, feedback, and approvals to ensure correct versions.
• Support QC checks on picture, sound, runtimes, captions, and file naming.
