Job summary

Futuristic Films in Denver is seeking a Post Coordinator to support the Post Producer and our internal Post Department. The role blends producing, coordinating, media management, and client experience to keep projects on track.

You will work in-office with flexibility based on project needs, coordinating calendars, assets, and vendor communication, while ensuring quality and timely delivery across post workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post, production, and/or advertising experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to project a professional profile in-person, on the phone, and email.
• Highly organized, able to manage both your own to-do list and provide safety-net support in keeping an eye on the status of your teammates' work.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot typos, errors, and glitches in digital assets.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, for budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with outside vendors and promote clear communication between Futuristic's internal department and said vendors.
• Create and maintain accurate production calendars, tracking project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate client meetings and project kickoffs; track editors' hours and time spent per project.
• Quality-check work to ensure feedback is addressed and free of errors.
• Research, gather, and organize outside assets such as VO talent; assist in finding music and stock footage.
• Welcoming opportunities to continue development in post producing and project management.
