Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field required.
• Experience in foster care, adoption, or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, counseling, referrals and advocacy for families and youth.
• Help families access school systems, medical providers and community resources.
• Lead youth meetings and mentorship through MYLIFE services.
• Build and maintain professional relationships within the agency and community.
• Coordinate group facilitation and training for foster and adoptive parents.
• Ensure case documentation meets agency and state requirements and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and high productivity standards.
