Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an Adoption Case Manager to provide essential casework management services for adoptive families and special needs youth. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, develop strategies for family support, and work collaboratively with public and private agencies to advocate for permanency.

The role requires a flexible schedule and includes on-call services. Candidates should have a relevant Master’s degree or equivalent experience and possess strong advocacy and crisis intervention skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year direct service experience with a Master's degree.
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound casework and counseling skills.
• Experience in child welfare and working with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide casework management services to adoptive families.
