Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an M&A Integration Manager to lead the end-to-end integration of acquired CPA and professional services firms. You will drive planning, governance, and execution from LOI through post-close, aligning people, processes, technology, and culture with the firm’s standards.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Practice Leadership to minimize client disruption while delivering measurable integration outcomes and scalable improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end post-merger integration activities across multiple acquisitions with detailed workplans and timelines.
  • Coordinate integration activities from pre-close planning through stabilization.
  • Support transition from due diligence to post-close execution per the Integration Playbook.
  • Facilitate recurring integration meetings and executive steering committees.
  • Monitor project health, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare executive status reports and dashboards.
