Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field is required.

• Strong organizational, PM, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in CPA or professional services and M&A post-merger integration preferred.
• Certification like PMP, CAPM, Prosci is a plus; familiarity with ERP and CRM tools recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-merger integration activities across multiple acquisitions.
• Develop and manage detailed integration work plans, milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate integration from pre-close through operational stabilization.
• Facilitate governance, reporting, and risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration playbooks and KPIs.
