Formación

• Experience with post-merger integration, corporate development, advising, or project management.
• Experience with structuring complex problems or delivering insights and recommendations.
• Experience with gathering, analyzing, or synthesizing large amounts of information and identifying issues.

• Lead PMI efforts and governance across functional teams.
• Design and execute integration models and plans with leadership.
• Manage schedules, risk, and status reporting for each integration initiative.
• Advance integration playbooks and artifacts to scale capabilities.
