Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in leadership/management position.
• Previous experience with Cannabis Seed-to-sale software and MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 10+ to stay on schedule.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution and people management.
• Must pass stringent background test requirements of state you will be working in.

Responsibilities

• Environmental checks & ongoing observation.
• Supervise post-harvest technicians.
• Leading execution of harvest operations.
• Monitoring environment of drying areas and containers.
• Organization of batch specific product.
• Trimming.
• Packaging.
• Quality Control.
• Safe handling of chemicals.
• Follow cGMP and Safety standards.
• Complete all necessary checklists, logs, and documentation pertaining to harvested and packaged product.
• Accurately complete Seed-to-Sale transactions.
• Conducting required inventories for cannabis & non-cannabis materials.
• Ensure product is in compliance at all times.
• Follow process and progression of product to protect against diversion.
• Maintain sanitary conditions that meet SOPs in all post-harvest areas at all times.
• Inspection of work areas, equipment, and uniforms.
• Ensure all green waste is disposed of properly.
• Other duties as designated by Post Harvest Manager.
