Job summary

Green Thumb in Connecticut is seeking a Harvest Technician to support post-cultivation activities in our regulated cannabis operation. The role focuses on preparing and processing harvests for flower sales and oil extraction, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable following SOPs, with no prior cannabis experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree or certifications preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time-management and teamwork skills.
• No prior cannabis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cannabis harvest process including harvesting plants, sanitizing flower rooms in preparation for next grow, reloading flower rooms, and handling materials and cannabis waste.
• Properly drying wet cannabis plants.
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials.
• Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
