Job summary

Curio Wellness is hiring a Post-Harvest Supervisor in Missouri to oversee flower trimming, sorting, testing and packaging operations. You will plan, direct and coordinate post-harvest activities and report to the Post-Harvest/Packaging Manager.

This role requires 3+ years of personnel management, experience with Metrc and Acumatica, and a background in horticulture or agriculture. You will lead teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with Missouri laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated personnel management experience.
• Horticulture or Agriculture experience preferred.
• Experience managing hourly teammates.
• Experience in identifying flower integrity risks.
• Mechanical aptitude – able to demonstrate knowledge of trimming, sorting, packaging, labeling equipment.
• Detail and data oriented.
• Ideal candidate: Experience in post-harvest operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Metrc, and ERP Systems (Acumatica) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-harvest activities including trimming, sorting, testing, and packaging.
• Track KPIs for the department and coordinate weekly planning.
• Enter work schedules and process payroll for the department.
• Coordinate and communicate department goals and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Missouri laws and company policies.
