Job summary

Curio Wellness is seeking a Post-Harvest Supervisor in Missouri to lead post-harvest activities including flower trimming, sorting, testing and packaging. You will plan, organize, and coordinate daily work, supervise staff, and ensure weekly output goals are met.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of personnel management, horticulture experience, and familiarity with Acumatica, Metrc, and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 21+ age; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated personnel management experience.
• Experience in horticulture/agriculture preferred.
• Experience managing hourly teammates.
• Experience identifying flower integrity risks.
• Mechanical aptitude with trimming/sorting/packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate post-harvest activities weekly.
• Track department KPIs and payroll for the team.
• Enter schedules and write weekly work plans.
• Supervise and develop team members and performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
