Job summary

Curio Wellness Corporation in Missouri Heights is seeking a Post Harvest Associate I to handle plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling for final product readiness. The role includes training on trimming and operating the Green Vault packaging machine.

Applicants must be 21+ and able to work with plant material, with awareness of pollen/allergens. The position demands high attention to detail, adherence to policies, and a commitment to professionalism in a regulated

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
• Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine
• Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team
• Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals
• Maintain a culture of professionalism and service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure daily compliance with policies, including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
• Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure

The Post Harvest Associate I is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Post Harvest Associate I will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging.
