Responsibilities

• Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
• Weigh, package, label, and record cannabis for distribution manually or with automation.
• Follow management instructions and assist with delegated tasks.
• Work efficiently to meet daily goals.
• Maintain professionalism and a clean, organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with state policies, security, access, dress code, and schedules.
• Adhere to HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure.

SUMMARY:

The Post Harvest Associate I is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Post Harvest Associate I will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
• Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine
• Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team
• Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals
• Maintain a culture of professionalism and service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure daily compliance with policies, including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
• Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
