Curio Wellness is seeking a Post Harvest Associate I to manage plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling, ensuring products meet Curio standards. Training will cover trimming and packaging equipment.

This role requires strict adherence to state compliance, security, and dress code, with focus on attention to detail and confidentiality. High school diploma or GED and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
• Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using automated packaging machine.
• Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team.
• Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily goals.
• Maintain professionalism and service orientation.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure daily compliance with policies, including state requirements and security protocols.
• Comply with HR policies including confidentiality.

The Post Harvest Associate I is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Post Harvest Associate I will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging.

This position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant-related substances.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
• Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine
• Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team
• Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals
• Maintain a culture of professionalism and service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure daily compliance with policies, including but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
• Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
