Cleary Building Corp in WAUSAU, WI seeks a dedicated Carpenter to join our field crew and build high-quality post-frame structures. You will work outdoors, handle a range of tools, and contribute to projects from the ground up in a year-round environment.

Training is comprehensive with mentors and a structured path toward Foreman in Training and leadership roles. No prior post-frame experience is required; you’ll learn on the job and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Competitive starting wages.
• Structured pay increases at key milestones.
• Weather pay and travel pay where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms up to 35 feet.
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
• Learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction.
