Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Carpenter to join a respected team building high-quality post-frame structures in Pueblo West, CO. You will construct buildings from the ground up and operate a range of basic tools while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

The role offers on-the-job training, career progression through mentorship and a Foreman in Training program, and opportunities to advance to leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus – but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Competitive starting wages.
• Structured pay increases at key milestones.
• Weather pay and travel pay (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
• Learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction.
