Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Carpenter to join our field crew building high-quality post-frame structures from the ground up. You will work outdoors year-round, using a range of hand and power tools at heights up to 35 feet.

We provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and structured development; many leaders start as Carpenters and progress toward Foreman in Training and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to learn and grow in construction.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Prior construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
• Learn carpentry, framing, and construction through mentoring.
