Qualifications

• Experience in construction or trades is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).
• Enjoy stable, year-round employment.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Continuously learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction.
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
• No prior post-frame construction experience? You'll learn through on-the-job training and mentorship.
