Qualifications

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Spend at least 80% of time interacting on the fab floor.
• Monitor performance; improve productivity and efficiency.
• Support 5S activities across the fab.
• Establish and communicate production priorities; track performance.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts.
