Major Areas of Accountability

  • Operational Execution: Ensure resources (manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials) are aligned to achieve Manufacturing goals. Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to monitor Work-In-Progress (WIP), optimize cycle times, and ensure shift production targets are met.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Process, Equipment, Industrial, Facility, Quality Engineering, and Planning Control. Work closely with engineering teams to lead the development and successful rollout of new technologies in the factory.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach, demonstrated organizational time management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is strictly required to be eligible for a government security clearance.

  • Preferred Assets (Plus): Lean manufacturing background. Demonstrated experience enhancing safety and quality programs.
