Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group seeks an experienced Post Event Manager for Alamodome in San Antonio, TX. The role oversees cleaning/janitorial duties and staff, reporting to the Site Manager, with a focus on post-event operations and achieving quality standards.

The Post Event Manager handles administrative tasks for the Post Event Shift, ensures arena cleanliness after events, and maintains service quality throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Decide how staff should be deployed and ensure all equipment is set up prior to staff report time.
• Ensure all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete tasks.
• Check-in staff, complete deployment sheets and assign staff for proper coverage.
• Assign radios, keys and equipment and complete sign in/out sheets.
• Provide employee training and communicate policies and procedures.
• Conduct walk-thru inspections to ensure work is completed on time and within budgeted hours.
• Assist with completion of work assignments as needed.
• Decide when to release staff when work is completed.
• Inspect facility and complete post-event checklist for proper cleaning of all areas.
• Respond to service requests from the client.
• Complete labor reports from sign-in to hours pulled.
• Complete post-event tracking form to ensure budget alignment.
• Maintain and store supplies and equipment properly.
• Report accidents, injuries, incidents, safety and maintenance concerns immediately.
• Stays on site until relieved by Day Manager; assist with daytime or project ops on non-vent days.
• Complete all other duties and service requests assigned by Site Manager.
