Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Post Event Manager for the Alamodome in San Antonio, TX. The role oversees cleaning/janitorial duties and staff, reporting to the Site Manager, and coordinating the Post Event Shift.

Responsibilities include staffing deployment, training, inspections, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. On-site duties may extend to daytime operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are required.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Decide how staff should be deployed and ensure equipment is set up prior to staff report time.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Check-in staff, complete deployment sheets and assign staff to ensure proper coverage.
• Assign radios, keys and equipment and complete sign in/out sheet.
• Provide employee training and communicate policies.
• Conduct walk-through inspections and ensure work is completed within budgeted hours.
• Complete post-event tracking form to ensure budget and reporting.
• Inspect facility and complete post-event checklist.
• Respond to client service requests and report incidents promptly.
