Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group seeks an experienced Post Event Manager for the Alamodome in San Antonio, TX. The role reports to the Site Manager and oversees cleaning, janitorial duties and staff to ensure post-event readiness and service quality.

Responsibilities include organizing shifts, deploying staff, monitoring safety, training, budgeting hours, and coordinating with the Day Manager on non-event days. This on-site position requires reliability and strong supervision skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Decide how staff should be deployed and ensure all equipment is set up prior to staff report time.
• Ensure all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks.
• Check-in staff, completes deployment sheets and assigns staff to assure proper coverage of facility.
