Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group in Fayetteville, GA is seeking an experienced Post Event Manager for Trilith LIVE. You will oversee cleaning and janitorial duties, work hands-on with staff, and ensure high service standards after every event.

The role reports to the Site Manager, coordinates with the Project Manager, and requires supervisory experience, physical fitness, and reliable transportation. Medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K, and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks.
• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Capable of climbing ladders and handling physical tasks.
• Work in hot, cold, and damp environments.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Deploy staff and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and labor to complete tasks.
• Check-in staff, assign shift coverage, and sign in/out.
• Provide training on policies and perform post-event inspections.
• Close out tasks within budgeted hours and report incidents.
• Remain on site until relieved and support day operations as needed.
• Complete all duties and service requests from Site Manager.
