Pritchard Industries is hiring a Post Event Lead Cleaner to ensure clean and sanitary facilities during events. You will lead a cleaning team, perform vacuuming, mopping and general janitorial duties, and coordinate tasks with management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from your assigned manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be comfortable leading and delegating in order to complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors and cleaning restrooms and break rooms.
• Trash removal and general janitorial duties.
• Delegate tasks to team to ensure facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner.

We are seeking to hire a Post Event Lead Cleaner. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties as well as delegating tasks to your team to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from your assigned manager and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be comfortable leading and delegating in order to complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

• Reliable Transportation.
• Part-time
• Pay rate starting at $22.78/hour during 2 month training period. Will increase to $25.00/hour after training is completed and management is confident in your ability to do the job consistently and effectively.
• Hours: 10pm - 6am (varies by event)
