Job summary

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic provider of facility services seeking a Construction Services Lead. You will perform vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal and maintain health, safety, and sanitation in client facilities.

The ideal candidate is professional, initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $21.00 per hour, 40 hours per week, with benefits including health, life insurance, FSA, and a 401K, plus

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

We are seeking to hire a Construction Services Lead. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
