The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for a full-time Postdoctoral Associate to support ongoing projects in stem cell biology and neurodegenerative disease modeling at the Walczak Lab, University of Colorado Boulder. The successful candidate will work closely with researchers, maintaining and differentiating human iPSCs, and performing molecular biology assays.
A PhD in a relevant field and laboratory experience is required. The salary is between $60,000 and $70,000 annually and the role requires in-person attendance.
The Walczak Lab is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Associate to support ongoing projects in stem cell biology and neurodegenerative disease modeling. Our lab investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying protein misfolding in disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, ALS, and other dementias. We use cutting‑edge stem cell technologies to generate disease‑relevant human neuronal and glial models. The successful candidate will work closely with other postdoctoral researchers and graduate students to maintain and differentiate human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), perform basic molecular biology assays, and assist with general lab organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands‑on experience in stem cell biology and neuroscience in a collaborative and fast‑paced research environment.
