Job summary

CV3 Holdings LLC seeks a Post-Closing Valuation Analyst to support ValuationNEXUS's capital markets, asset management, and servicing functions. You will coordinate value refreshes, order valuation products, and report on property value history to support loan sales and securitizations.

The role requires reviewing appraisal reports for USPAP compliance, analyzing ARV and site value, and collaborating with providers to optimize valuation strategies.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of USPAP Standards 1 & 2.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and model-building; Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level risk summaries, valuation memoranda, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize appraisal, market, construction, and collateral data into clear risk conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Critically review appraisal reports for USPAP compliance, credibility, and methodology soundness.
• Analyze As-Is, ARV, and Site Value conclusions on renovation and ground-up construction collateral.
• Assess downside collateral exposure across LTV, LTC, and LTARV thresholds with scenario analysis.
• Evaluate market value adjustments, condition ratings, and highest and best use conclusions as they relate to recovery value.
• Compare appraised values to BPOs, AVMs, desktop reviews to identify valuation variances and collateral risk.
• Monitor construction draw schedules, percentage-of-completion assessments, and budget-to-actual variances.
• Support data mapping and systems integration of appraisal and valuation data for diligence platforms.
• Produce valuation exception summaries, executive-level reporting, and valuation memoranda.
