D.R. Horton is seeking a Post Closing Coordinator for a temporary assignment. The role manages the flow of mail, scans and prints for Secondary Marketing, performs MERS-related reporting, and ships mortgage documents to investors to meet deadlines.

Key tasks include updating systems, verifying document accuracy, and coordinating with Title and Recording offices as needed. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Handle the flow of incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Scan and print for Secondary Marketing; perform MERS functions and reports.
• Ship Mortgage Loan Closed files and related documents to investors.
• Manage reports to complete investor requirements; monitor deadlines.
• Assist with mailing final documents and verify image document accuracy.
