Key duties include post-close processing, customer service, and administrative support to the branch. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong computer and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma.
• 1-3 years related work experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of general office routine and use of office equipment (phones, computers, copiers, scanners).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn and apply new procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
• Excellent computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Post-Close Loan Processing: review loans in origination system, verify for errors, collect and file documents.
• Customer Service: provide prompt, courteous service and handle policy/procedure questions; manage daily receipts/disbursements and maintain loan/customer data.
• Administrative Support: assist branch operations; support public relations; ensure internal controls per accounting policies; collaborate with branch team, marketing, and facilities.
