Qualifications

• Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and real estate lending concepts.
• Knowledge of Univest lending policy guidelines is advantageous.
• Understanding of HELOCs and direct personal lending products.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-closing duties for commercial and consumer loans per policies.
• Analyze loan documents to determine required documentation.
• Track receipt and verification of original loan documents.
• Enter documents and financial covenants into tracking system.
• Identify CRA and HMDA requirements and enter data per guidelines.
• Label and upload loan documents into Synergy and nCino Salesforce.
• Verify documents are correctly uploaded and filed in the vault.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Univest Code of Conduct.
