Job summary

Conventus Holdings Corporation seeks an experienced Associate, Loan Administration to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our loan portfolio from post-close through payoff. This back-office role emphasizes QA, data verification, and strict documentation control in a fast-moving environment.

The position requires 2+ years in mortgage or lending and a results-driven mindset. You will liaise with title companies and attorneys, manage post-close documents, and oversee construction draw

Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage or lending industry experience required.
• Prior loan servicing or loan administration experience preferred.
• Familiarity with verifying tax and insurance currency at loan boarding and lifecycle preferred.
• Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews of trade files and boarding packages to verify loan data accuracy.
• Audit boarding files against original documents to confirm terms, borrower info, collateral data, and escrow.
• Verify taxes are current; research delinquencies and flag due dates.
• Ensure hazard, flood, and builder’s risk insurance active and compliant; address lapses.
• Maintain QA logs and exception reports; track resolution to completion.
• Manage post-close document follow-up and tracking of deeds of trust and title policies.
• Coordinate with title companies, closing agents, and attorneys to obtain missing documents.
• Process and track Assignments of Mortgage through recording, return, and final file placement.
• Monitor document exception queues and aging; resolve items within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with origination, underwriting, and compliance to clear loan-level exceptions.
