SRS Acquiom Inc. is seeking a Payments Compliance Analyst in a hybrid Denver or remote U.S. role.

The candidate will evaluate fraud concerns, clear false positives, and manage payment processing with bank partners. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential for timely reconciliations and risk mitigation. The position offers a competitive salary range and benefits, with inquiries directed via internal channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 2-5 years in operations or production services, preferably in financial services.

Responsabilités

• Interact with security holders via email and phone to resolve validation flags.
• Diligently evaluate exception materials to resolve fraud concerns.
• Prepare and send reports to bank partners for split payments.
• Complete daily bank reconciliation reports and identify remedies.
• Prepare monthly internal account reconciliation reports and sweep fees.
• Act as the point of contact between internal/external customers and banking partners.
• Process transfers of interest timely and take ownership of transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends when needed.
