Job summary

SRS Acquiom seeks a Payments Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payment processing. You will mitigate fraud risks, collect documentation, and liaise with banks to resolve discrepancies.

The role combines attention to detail with communication across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Location is hybrid from Denver or fully remote within the Continental United States, with evolving in-office expectations based on proximity to Denver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and variances.
• Clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with security holders to resolve validation flags.
• Evaluate exception materials to resolve fraud concerns.
• Prepare and send reports to bank partners for split payments.
• Complete daily bank reconciliation reports and address exceptions.
• Prepare monthly internal reconciliations and process fee sweeping.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and banking partners.
• Process transfers of interest promptly and accurately.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
