SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC is seeking a Post-Closing Associate to join our hybrid team in Canonsburg, PA. You will coordinate residential loan closings from clear-to-close through funding, communicating with borrowers, lenders and closing agents to keep each closing on schedule.

No mortgage experience is required, but strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential. Prior work in mortgage, title, banking, real estate or customer service is a plus.

Start your career in the mortgage industry with SingleSource! We're looking for a Post-Closing Associate to join our growing team in a hybrid role based out of our Canonsburg, PA office. You'll learn how residential mortgage closings come together, coordinating with borrowers, lenders, title companies, notaries and closing agents from clear-to-close through funding.

No mortgage experience? That's okay. We're looking for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator and eager to learn. Previous experience in mortgage, title, banking, real estate or customer service is a plus, but not required.
