Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. Eastlake seeks an experienced Section Manager for Post-Cast Operations. You will lead production and operations, plan budgets, and drive cost reductions while ensuring product quality and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Manufacturing and Engineering to adjust schedules, overseeing staff, and implementing lean practices across post-cast departments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Seven to ten years of manufacturing experience in progressively responsible roles.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing; strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-cast operations to meet production and profitability targets.
• Plan, budget, and develop projects to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Oversee post-cast staff performance and development.
• Establish policies, goals, and procedures for post-cast departments.
• Review forecasts and production schedules with Manufacturing and Engineering.
